I gladly accept returns & exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping costs)
We cannot accept cancellations
Preorders cannot be cancelled as the items are made to order and begin production after order is received.
Current processing time is 14-21 business days - it is not possible for package pick up during the weekend where we work from so all quoted days are BUSINESS DAYS ( Monday - Friday)
***PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS MUST BE UNUSED & IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (ie, they must be resell-able and in the condition they left our shop.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen we will contact our courier service and open an investigation for your package. We do not refund lost packages - if the courier confirms the lost package we will replace the package by resending it only.
If your package has been sent and it is returned to us because it has not been collected by you and or the customs fees at your country not paid and the package returned - please note you are liable for the cost of this return to us because Fedex charges us to have the package returned to Finland
Subscriptions:
By clicking the selected subscription & purchasing, you are accepting the terms of that subscription. Please read the listing carefully.
Please note: all prepaid subscriptions are final. We cannot cancel the subscription but we can cancel the renewal from renewing after the 3 or 6 months you have prepaid.
please cancel monthly subscriptions- before the next billing period as they cannot be refunded after the renewal has taken place.
You can cancel your subscription anytime between the purchase of one and the renewal of the next. Please contact us 24 hours before so we can cancel or do it through the customer portal in the renewal email.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
