Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCT SOURCING:
Some Items are Handmade in my studio here in Finland by either Myself (Lynda or a member of our team)- Some of my items are designed by me and made with a manufacturer in China. Some items are curated to match a theme or box & purchased from my suppliers catalogue's in Finland, China or other countries. Items sourced from catalogues may be seen in other planner or retail shops and prices can vary as these products are vendor bought items and are made by other brands.
All items fit into one of these three categories:

Products fully made by us in-house
These are items we personally create, such as handmade pieces and custom designs. ie… planner bows etc.

Products designed by me and professionally outsourced for production
These include our planners & notebooks, Rosey Posey products, stickers etc….Basically 95% of all our shop products. These items are created from my designs or artwork sourced from artists that I pay for the rights to use their art and then are manufactured for our shop exclusively. Meaning they cannot be bought elsewhere unless I have made a wholesale contract with the store to sell them.

Wholesale items sourced from our supplier catalog
These are items like scissors, fabrics, ephemera, or other unbranded tools and accessories. These products are not made by us, but they are sourced directly through our trusted suppliers where I can guarantee quality — never from online discount marketplaces -where as you know quality is not something they are known for.
By Checking Out & Shopping on our Website you accept the Terms and Conditions of each listing purchased and the conditions that maybe quoted in that product listing.
Accepted for return are items that are not made to order, Planners, Notebooks etc not acceptable to return are sticker sheets, preorders bow clips, vellum.. ( anything made by hand in the studio)
