Prepaid subscriptions for 3 or 6 months are non refundable and we can only cancel the subscription from renewing after the 6 months. You will receive the remainder of your subscriptions which have been paid for up front and the subscription will just not renew automatically.

These subscription kits are completely separate from our seasonal, themed or advent boxes. The same theme will never be used across boxes & the cards and stickers are all different from our monthly freebies or themes in regular orders.
